Matt & Nat has been creating a lot of buzz in the accessories department with their vegan leather collections of handbags, backpacks, purses and more. Their products caught our eye and here’s what we think about the brand.
The brand was originally established in 1995 in Montreal and if you’re wondering how they got their name…Matt & Nat stands for Material and Nature.
We absolutely love that the company is committed to using eco-friendly ways to create their products. Each season, they look for new materials to make their products. Some of the recycled material used includes: nylons, cardboard, rubber, cork, tires and bottles.
Matt & Nat’s mantra is “live beautifully” and that includes their workers. The company prides itself on transparency, stating on their website that they uphold quality working conditions for their factory workers.
And as for their collection? It’s beautiful.
With a wide range of colours and collections for both men and women, the products are assessable to everyone at any age. Their Loom collection is one of our favourites and the colours of their products offered are great for the springtime!
It’s safe to say that Alison Gordon Studio is a huge fan of Matt & Nat for multiple reasons and we are looking forward to what the company has in store next. We wish them all the best.
